What we collect, why —
and what we never do.

What this website collects
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people find us — page views, approximate region, device type. It sets the standard analytics cookies to tell returning visits apart. That’s the extent of it: no advertising pixels, no remarketing, no data sold or shared for marketing, ever.
The site also stores one preference in your browser’s local storage — your currency choice (INR/USD). That never leaves your browser. And if you block analytics with an ad-blocker, everything here still works perfectly — we’d rather lose a statistic than your trust.
What you share when you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive what you send — your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about your project. We use it to reply, scope your project, and prepare quotes. We don’t add you to marketing lists, and we don’t share or sell your details to anyone.
Client project information
Business information shared during a project — content, credentials, data — is used only to deliver that project. Much of our clients’ software is confidential by agreement, and we treat all project material that way by default. Credentials are shared back to you and are yours; we retain access only while providing hosting or care you’ve engaged us for.
Invoicing and legal records
For Indian clients we issue GST invoices, which requires keeping your business name, address and GSTIN in our accounting records for the periods Indian tax law requires. That’s a legal obligation, not a marketing database.
Your choices
Ask us any time what information of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we’ll comply except where tax law requires retention). Write to hello@meharinnovations.com — a human answers.
