Effective July 2026. These are the standing terms behind every written quote — if a quote says otherwise for a specific project, the quote wins.
Who we are
Mehar Innovations is a registered proprietorship (GST and Udyam/MSME registered), based in Surat, Gujarat, India, owned by Nikhil Bhatia. We build websites, cloud software and mobile applications for clients in India and worldwide.
Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote: scope, fixed price, and delivery timeline. The written scope is the agreement — work beyond it is quoted separately as an addition before it’s built. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Payment — the 0% advance guarantee
You pay at delivery, only if satisfied — meaning the agreed written scope, delivered and working. No advance, no interim payments unless a staged schedule is agreed in writing for larger builds. Full terms are on the Guarantee page and in every quote. Indian clients receive GST invoices; international clients receive standard invoices in USD.
Ownership
On payment, everything is yours: code, design, content, domain, hosting access and all accounts created for the project. No lock-in, no held hostages. Until payment, the work remains ours — that’s the balance that makes zero-advance fair.
Hosting & care
Builds include one year of hosting and care free — updates, backups, monitoring and support. After Year 1, care continues under a paid annual plan if you choose; otherwise we hand over cleanly to any host you pick.
What we’re responsible for — and not
We’re responsible for delivering the agreed scope with professional skill, and for fixing defects in our work. We’re not responsible for content you supply (its accuracy or legality), third-party services you choose (payment gateways, APIs, platforms changing their rules), or business outcomes such as sales or rankings — we build honestly toward them but can’t guarantee markets.
Liability on any project is capped at the amount you paid for that project.
Disputes
Talk to us first — most things resolve in one honest conversation. Failing that, these terms are governed by Indian law, with courts in Surat, Gujarat having jurisdiction.
